Dedicated Intensive Therapeutic Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide intensive therapeutic care services to children and young people aged 12 to 17 years who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, homelike environment where young people can thrive and develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the emotional and psychological well-being of clients through evidence-based interventions and therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide specialised support for young people with complex medical needs.
- Develop and implement tailored plans to address individual client needs and goals.
- Diploma in Community Services or related field (or willingness to complete a Diploma offered by an approved provider).
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Australian Drivers Licence.
- Willingness to assist with activities of daily living, including personal care (if required).
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks, including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check.
