Night Operations Manager

Position Overview: This role involves overseeing the nightly operations at two distinct villages, ensuring a high standard of guest accommodation and service delivery. The position is a permanent, salaried night shift role, requiring a commitment to a 14/7 Drive in/Drive Out roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a professional rapport with Civeo personnel, clients, and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with the village Code of Conduct among all staff and guests.
  • Address disturbance requests promptly and conduct welfare checks as directed by Village Management.
  • Document any unusual activities and report them to Village Management.
  • Support Food & Beverage operations with tasks such as inventory management, auditing, and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory capacity within the hospitality sector.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations is desirable.
  • RSA certification (RMLV preferred).
  • Advanced First Aid certification is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Experience in remote work settings is highly regarded.
