Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a 24-hour roster, seven days a week, including public holidays.

Requirements
  • A relevant Bachelor Degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science, with demonstrated experience in immunohaematology, pre-transfusion testing, and blood product selection.
  • Proven leadership and operational management skills, including budget management, staff and resource allocation, and maintenance of professional standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, risk management, and change management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
