Job Role: Scientific Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Scientific Officer in our dynamic laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of laboratory operations

The successful candidate will have an outstanding commitment to quality and excellence, a willingness to adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and a positive attitude toward achieving outcomes and being a cohesive team member.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (AIMS accredited) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in blood morphology and urine microscopy
  • Sound knowledge of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance Programs (QAP), and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement quality and service improvement activities
  • Ability to perform duties with a high degree of independence
