About the RoleThis is a critical role in continuing to expand our footprint in Australia as we accelerate our growth. As a Channel Sales Representative III, you will operate with the remit of collaborating with key channel partners to develop strategies for our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with channel partners in Australia to develop strategies for our top customers.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers in the mid-market to corporate space, nationally.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at all levels within our key customer organizations.
- Drive annual customer spend growth through in-depth analysis of customer business requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by partnering with the channel to renew assigned accounts, sell additional modules, and offer services to expand NetSuite's footprint within customer organizations.
- Coordinate go-to-market plans with our partners to expand their customer base.
- Work closely with internal presales and professional services teams to secure opportunities.
- Develop industry-specific knowledge and expertise and effectively communicate the value proposition of all NetSuite offerings.
- Generate, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline in alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Expand the contact base within customers and explore opportunities across new business lines.
- 5-10 years of experience in software solution selling, or equivalent.
- A genuine tenacity to support an existing partner network and their customer base while driving sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to assist and grow key accounts.
- Experience in consultative solution-based selling.
- Experience in selling to C-level executives and business owners.
- Familiarity with structured and methodical sales processes.
- Ability to have direct conversations about return on investment.
- Previous territory planning experience is a must.
- Confident communicator proficient in using the Microsoft Suite.
