
Inventory Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Accurate and timely processing of inventory-related paperwork is crucial to our success. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in maintaining records, supporting strategic stocking initiatives, and driving improvements in materials management.
This candidate will collaborate with field-based inventory staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations. They will be responsible for processing delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency. Timely reporting and maintaining accurate inventory records will also be essential to support business goals.
We are looking for someone with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A background in administration, inventory, or warehousing will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure correct cost code allocation in the ERP system
Requirements:
