We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Fraud Detection team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to potential scam or fraud activity.
- Provide exceptional service when handling inbound fraud/scam call enquiries.
- Detect and prevent financial crime by identifying digital fraud trends and reporting on these accordingly.
- Manage a high volume of customer calls and scam alerts in a fast-paced environment.
- Promptly escalate issues/risks out of delegation and/or as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date focus on financial crime, security-related trends, and emerging issues, and share knowledge obtained.
- The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A high level of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality and privacy principles is essential.
- Availability to be rostered across a 24-hour/7-day roster is required.
