About the Care HubThe Care Hub is a unique initiative that brings together multiple organisations to provide a wraparound service for children, young people, and families entering care for the first time. The hub aims to offer comprehensive support through assessment, planning, and intervention.
As part of this integrated team, you will be working closely with families, children, and young people who are experiencing high-risk family violence. This requires strong skills in risk management, safety assurance, and providing secondary consultation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of families, focusing on high-risk family violence.
- Develop and deliver interventions aimed at enhancing parenting capacity and family functioning.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DFFH, and collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience managing risk and ensuring safety for vulnerable populations.
- Strong understanding of contemporary family violence theoretical frameworks and their practical application.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- A competitive salary range starting from approximately $94,000 plus superannuation benefits.
- Negotiable increments based on experience.
