About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Strategist to join our team in NSW, Australia. As a Principal Engineer - Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the civil asset management market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver asset management services for clients owning major road, rail, and maritime infrastructure assets;
  • Manage asset management projects to meet budget, program, and quality targets;
  • Develop asset management options for clients, including whole-of-life cost and value analysis;
  • Leverage existing client relationships and foster new ones to grow our asset management portfolio;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
  • The ability to lead, manage, and mentor diverse project teams;
  • Experience working on asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets;
  • Excellent report writing skills with experience in delivering asset management reports for government and private infrastructure asset owners;
  • Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders;
  • Excellent client focus to foster relationships with asset owner clients and contractors;

Salary Information

This role offers a salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
