Senior HSE Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team in Port Hedland, Western Australia. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce by managing and implementing site-specific HSE management plans.
The successful candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working on industrial or civil construction projects in Western Australia as a HSE Officer/Advisor. You will also possess a Cert IV in OH&S and/or tertiary qualification in OH&S (Degree, Diploma), and be available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage site-specific HSE management plans to ensure compliance with WA HSE legislation and minesite HSE regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to convey health and safety requirements.
- Monitor HSE performance during daily construction activities.
