We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our wellbeing initiatives across multiple villages and teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
Job Description:
As a Resident Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for creating vibrant and inclusive wellbeing programs that support village teams in delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to develop and implement programs that truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
- Support village teams to create engaging wellbeing programs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver programs that meet resident needs
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of wellbeing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
