Customer Service Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Customer Service Coordinators in delivering exceptional resident experiences.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Oversight of front desk operations and customer-focused activities.
- Manage and resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Act as a mentor and point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare for residents.
About You:
You will have experience in providing hands-on operational security and incident management in a residential setting.
Natural ability to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer experiences is also essential.
Prior leadership experience in student accommodation or hotel environments is beneficial.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A National Police Check completed within the last 3 months.
- A Working with Children's Check.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand.
- A Current VIC Real Estate Qualification or willingness to obtain.
