Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Care Team Lead to assist in the delivery of exceptional experiences for children in our care.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Director of Service in developing and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • Support with ensuring compliance according to industry regulations.
  • Interact with parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies etc when the Director can't attend.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A strong passion for working with children.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
