About the Team Lead Role

The role of a team lead is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care is consistently provided to our residents.

Main Responsibilities include providing emotional support, coordinating resident needs, leading and supervising the care team, and performing tasks related to medicine as per qualification and legislation.

About You

  • A Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support are desired qualifications for this role.
  • Commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness are essential qualities for this position.
  • An effective listener with ability to communicate at all levels is required.
  • The ability to understand and use information technology is necessary.
  • A current National police check is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control procedures is also required.
  • A desire to work within a mission-based organisation that prioritises resident care is a key attribute.
