Purpose of the Role:
- Develop and implement client care strategy to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of approximately 10 client care professionals
- Ensure exceptional service delivery for clients and their pets
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement client care training programs

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years managing a client-facing team
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to reach suitable solutions for clients and the business
- Experience in creating a memorable, warm and professional atmosphere for clients
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- A warm personality that loves engaging and building positive relationships with people and animals
