Aged Care Team Lead Position

About our role as a team leader, you will lead and develop a remote multidisciplinary team who support older Australians with their aged care journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct triage and support plan reviews
  • Make delegate decisions as per the revised Aged Care Act

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in aged care, community or health-related position
  • Tertiary education in a health-related discipline
  • Current unrestricted general registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association
  • Experience as a leader with demonstrated ability to connect with, manage and develop staff
