
Dedicated Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to older Australians.
This role involves visiting clients in their homes, providing support with daily tasks, and assisting with personal care. If you have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role:
- Provide in-home support with day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, tidying, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
- Social support or respite for family or carers.
- Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (where qualified/fully trained).
Responsibilities:
- Travel to visit clients across Hornsby, Thornleigh, Pennant Hills and surrounding areas.
- Assist clients with their care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle are essential.
- You must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and have good communication skills.
