Job Opportunity for Registered Midwives

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to expectant mothers and their babies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. This includes conducting regular check-ups, ultrasounds, and monitoring the progress of pregnancies. You will also assist with childbirth and provide support to mothers during labour.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. We are committed to ongoing professional development and offer regular training and education opportunities to help you stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in midwifery practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a high level of written and verbal skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Recent experience and competency to practise as a midwife in antenatal, labour, birth, and postnatal care, lactation, and infant feeding;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development;
  • A current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence.
