We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Governance Specialist to join our high-profile enterprise organisation as it undergoes a period of significant growth and transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administering Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, particularly those focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to IAM strategic process improvements and promote the implementation and adoption of automation technologies to ensure IGA roles and access are controlled according to governance requirements.
- Perform configuration of identity management systems, provisioning and de-provisioning of multiple connectors to Directory Services and HR systems.
- Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and functions, including administration of PAM solutions and its integration with IAM solutions.
- Previous experience in administering IAM tools focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) for identity lifecycle management, role provisioning and access review processes.
- Experience/exposure to identity-based secrets and encryption management systems for securing sensitive credentials.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Roles for PAM, managing privileged access and automating role provision for elevated privileges.
- Exposure to digital certificate management - e.g. certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation processes.
- Proven ability to integrate IAM solutions with on-prem and cloud-based applications using connectors and APIs.
- Knowledge of IAM risks and compliance requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IDAM Engineer keen to take a pivotal role in a high-profile enterprise organisation undergoing transformation and investment. We offer excellent working conditions with a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
