Job Description


The Visual Identity Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of our brand by conceptualising and communicating our identity across multiple channels. This involves collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Head of Marketing, and PR & Content Team to drive brand strategy and establish our visual language.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Conceive and execute the visual identity of our brand, encompassing all touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Lead the development of creative guidelines, brand books, and collateral, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all platforms.
  • Work in tandem with design teams to identify relevant trends, aesthetics, and creative directions that align with our brand's values.
  • Oversee ecommerce and campaign photoshoots, from concept to delivery, including collaborating with graphic designers and external editing agencies.
  • Provide input on set design, model selection, styling, gifting, and event aesthetics during Fashion Week, ensuring a unified visual outcome.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must have:



  • A degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in visual identity management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
