Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an Experience Coordinator to join our team in a vibrant health precinct. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same.

As an Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming tenants and visitors, coordinating events and supporting facilities, and shaping the day-to-day experience of the community.

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and the community – always approachable, professional, and welcoming.
  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct.
  • Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering, and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver lobby activations, events, and seasonal experiences that build community connection.
  • Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access, and day-to-day coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in placemaking/marketing desirable.
  • Interest or experience in health and digital innovation highly regarded.
