About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site, providing prompt and courteous interactions every time.
  • Keep customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles through clear communication and regular updates.
  • Handle telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support management with inventory management, including parts, paint, and consumables, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal stock levels.
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs, providing expert knowledge and facilitating efficient resolution.
