Job Role:

The Deputy Executive Director Medical Services will assist the Executive Director in coordinating, administering, and evaluating medical services across the organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring that recruitment, appointment, credentialing, and employment of junior medical staff align with legislative and award provisions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing workforce planning for junior medical staff, managing ongoing training requirements, and developing strategic partnerships with general practice and community healthcare providers.

In addition to these duties, the Deputy Executive Director will act as required by the Executive Director or be delegated specific tasks.
