Regional Health Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating dental services in the region. Your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of local dental services.
- Supporting and enhancing oral health programs by providing expert advice and contributing to policy development.
- Representing our organization at meetings, sharing ideas to improve services.
- Meeting performance goals, including financial targets and service delivery outcomes.
- Overseeing resources, including staff, equipment, and budgets in your region.
For this role, you will need:
- High-level experience in managing complex regional health services, with in-depth knowledge of contemporary management practices including change management and best practice methods.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership and supervision to a diverse team, including the ability to develop, monitor and review services, service delivery and service performance to strengthen and grow the capacity of the service.
- High-level knowledge of all aspects of public oral health service delivery, or the ability to quickly learn and gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the service and its requirements, including the safety and quality framework within which it operates.
