Job Overview

As a skilled CAD Technician, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and tracings using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Drawings: Create precise and accurate design solutions by interpreting engineering specifications.
  • Operate CAD Equipment: Skillfully operate plotters and other output devices to generate hard copies of drawing files.
  • Design Tasks: Engage in activities such as PC board path layout and configuration, internal and external packaging, and control panel layouts.
  • Maintain CAD Files: Ensure all CAD files are properly managed, updated, and stored according to company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Minimum 5 years technical drafting/design training from an accredited institution
  • 4 years prior drafting experience
  • Experience managing similar projects of size, scope and complexity
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
