Operational Excellence Manager Role

Are you a skilled professional looking to drive business growth and improvement? We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team.

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all service experiences. This includes customer onboarding, advertising operations, product fulfillment, help and support, and feedback management.

  • Deliver operational excellence for high volume operational activities, ensuring scalability.
  • Drive a culture of continuous process improvement at all steps of the Customer journey.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks and tools to drive sustainable and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and enable teams in lean process management, problem solving, and solution development.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in operational excellence management, preferably in a service environment. You should also be qualified in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, and have experience designing and delivering operational excellence frameworks and tools.

We are looking for someone who can influence the organisational system to embed continuous improvement as a mindset and way of working. Proven experience coaching staff in continuous improvement tools and systems and enabling performance uplift is essential.

This role requires someone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused and customer-focused lens. You should also be able to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
