Rehabilitation and Injury Management Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Workforce Safety & Wellbeing team in the role of Rehabilitation and Injury Management Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Managers with information and training surrounding Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management Issues, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide vital support for Health workers with your proactive approach to case management, facilitating a timely and durable return to duties for ill and injured employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or an appropriate discipline, combined with experience in managing complex cases.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience in the use of data management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant tools.
  • Possess or willing to obtain NSW SIRA Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation.
