Job Title: Facade Engineering Manager

As a seasoned facade engineering manager, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and business growth across diverse portfolios of new build and remediation projects.

  • Deliver facade engineering projects from concept to construction, ensuring high technical standards and compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development for your team.
  • Support regional strategic planning, financial management, and business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high quality standards.
  • Engage in industry events, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance our profile.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and project outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or related field) with demonstrated experience in the facades industry.
  • Proven experience as a design / engineering manager within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with thorough analysis before making decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage design administration, compliance, and documentation within project deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
