OverviewMaintenance Planner role at Programmed Facility Management, based in Tantanoola, SA.
The role involves coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, developing preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contract requirements, timelines and budgets.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtimeDevelop and manage preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and budgetsTrack and manage Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completionProvide detailed WIP reporting and highlight potential delivery risks to senior managementAnalyze service data to identify performance gaps and implement resolution strategiesValidate and refine job plans for accuracy in scheduling and executionLead project management tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarksAttend client meetings to represent the service delivery team and address concernsLead efforts to uphold exceptional customer service standardsCommunicate effectively with internal and external clients to meet service level targetsInvestigate and respond to feedback to refine service procedures and outcomesFoster proactive stakeholder engagement and perform root cause analysis when service issues ariseQualificationsTrade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceTertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desirable)Current driver's licenseExperience & SkillsProven experience in a similar operational or maintenance leadership role within the industrial services sectorAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systemsStrong analytical and reporting abilities, especially with performance metricsExceptional communication and team coordination skillsOur CommitmentProgrammed and PERSOLKELLY supports a workplace culture of zero harm and encourages this in all that we do.
