Support Worker Role

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centered care to an individual with diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, including medication administration and manual handling, as well as supporting the client's physical and emotional well-being through regular check-ins and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to a client with diverse needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including medication administration and manual handling
  • Support the client's physical and emotional well-being through regular check-ins and activities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, and carers

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (current)
  • Working with Children Check (current)
  • Australian Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid & CPR (current)
