This is a sales development representative role with Vanta, a leading company in the AU market. The Sales Development team is responsible for building pipeline and driving growth.

Vanta is growing rapidly and looking for customer-focused SDRs to take ownership of our outbound sales engine. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have a strong understanding of Vanta's value proposition and product.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role. You will be responsible for identifying strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.

You will also be responsible for organizing a multi-channel approach to prospecting, developing sequences in Outreach, and coordinating meetings on account executive's calendars.

As a Sales Development Representative at Vanta, you will efficiently counter objections and have excellent interpersonal and technical skills. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys creating process and procedures for a scaling business.
