Mentors at Asuria play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals. By motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills, mentors tailor their services to meet the individual needs of each job seeker.
Requirements and Skills
To be a successful mentor, you must be able to balance empathy and a drive for business outcomes. Solid customer service and administrative skills are essential, as is the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, along with sound computer literacy skills, would be an advantage.
