Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Property Management division as a Portfolio Leader in Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, working closely with our major client Placemaking NSW, and overseeing all property management and lease administration processes.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the delivery of service under the management agreement with Placemaking NSW

Develop, implement and monitor strategies to maximize portfolio performance

Set budgets, reforecasting and monitoring of variances against budget

Drive portfolio and account team performance to meet contracted KPIs

Manage and mentor team members to build a successful and influential team

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics or Finance with Certificate of Registration

Demonstrated experience at a senior level in commercial Property or Asset Management, ideally with a retail focus

People leadership experience with the ability to engage and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

Confidence and maturity in communication skills, including excellent written and oral presentation skills

A high level of commercial acumen, financial aptitude and analytical skills

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
