Job Title: Site Engineer or Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Civil Construction projects across the Logan and Gold Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
About You:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
