Job Description:

We are seeking a Child and Family Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in providing safe, effective, and quality care to children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Child and Family Health Nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Provide clinical services under the supervision of a Manager.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver customer-centric care.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evidence-informed practice and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Have a commitment to EEO & WHS Policies, ethical practice, and cultural diversity.
  • Hold a current NSW Registration as a Nurse or Midwife (List A).
  • Have a qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing or be working towards completion within 18 months.
  • Demonstrate experience in Child and Family Health/Midwifery/Paediatrics or equivalent.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in mixed modalities.
