Our organization is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HVAC and Refrigeration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

This is a challenging position that requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across our facilities, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with relevant regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need a trade qualification in HVAC/refrigeration, as well as knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes of Practice. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with proven abilities in fault finding and problem solving, including interpreting building and services plans.

A key aspect of this position is the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of trade, non-trade, and contractors to deliver maintenance services. You will also have access to computerized building management control systems, enabling you to monitor, control, and adjust systems efficiently.
