Job Description

Manage HVAC asset data, compliance documentation, and reporting to ensure timely and insightful outcomes.

  • Asset Data Management: Log and maintain all HVAC asset information. The initial goal is to complete logging of the remaining 80% of assets and ensure all future entries are consistent, accurate, and fully updated as technicians work on them.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience with SimPro and Rapid Global (or similar platforms)
  • Background: Background in HVAC, construction, or facilities admin preferred
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports via email to keep the team informed on progress, pending tasks, and any concerns.
