Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to strengthen our recruitment capabilities in Kalmar.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Advisor: Partner with the business to build and execute strategic hiring plans using data-driven insights.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates ahead of needs by leveraging various talent pools and markets.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes as a senior recruiter.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Kalmar as an attractive employer through creative marketing, social media, and university/school collaboration.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the business to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges, and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in talent acquisition as a full cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager managing recruitments in Australia.
  • Strategic Approach: Experienced in defining creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for functional areas in Australia.
  • Candidate Networks: Existing networks and expertise in various sourcing techniques.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Marketing Orientation: Proven history of marketing-oriented approach to attract talents with employer branding and university/school collaboration activities.
