About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). As a key member of our workforce team, you will provide expert consultancy services to business and clinical leaders, driving continuous improvement, performance, and accountability across the network.

Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions, working closely with business and clinical leaders to achieve shared organisational objectives. You will be part of the Senior Leadership team within your program portfolio, involved in key strategic decisions and workforce planning for your program areas.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving change, influencing, and empowering leaders in performance management, grievance resolution, and stakeholder engagement. You will be a valued member of the broader Workforce team, identifying business risks and providing expert support and advice on complex HR matters.

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.

Essential Requirements:
  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the in the workplace.
