Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an NDIS Support Coordinator. This is a part-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide responsive support coordination services, ensuring individuals have choice and control over their supports.
  • Support individuals in accessing NDIS and other disability services.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including creating service bookings and claims through the NDIS provider portal.
  • Comply with relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and WHS regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in spoken Chinese or Korean (desirable).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Education, Leisure and Recreation, Welfare, Disability, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant knowledge and understanding of NDIS legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
