Enterprise Platform Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our enterprise-wide systems portfolio.

In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of a suite of applications, from strategy and development through to ongoing support and optimisation.

You will partner closely with the business to resolve support issues, provide functional consulting, and work with internal development teams to ensure changes align with digital standards and organisational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing enterprise platforms end-to-end, with a solid technology background.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g. ERP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and customer-facing applications.
  • Strong leadership across similar tech functions in large, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
  • Financial management experience related to tech delivery, licensing, and operations.
  • Confident engaging with senior business stakeholders to shape operational processes and long-term strategy.
