Drive Business Growth as a Senior HR Leader

Growth and development within a dynamic organisation is your passion. You possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all HR activities, partnering with global and divisional HR teams to lead and oversee all HR initiatives and activities across two sites in Australia.

  • Develop a local HR strategy aligned with the business strategy and support business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and talent development, meeting current and future business needs.
  • Work closely with local management and leadership teams to meet business requirements.
  • Develop functional or operational policies and frameworks ensuring compliance to regulations and alignment with business needs.
  • Provide suitable interpretation to stakeholders on the latest HR developments.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employees, unions, government bodies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management or a related field.
  • Proven HR experience with HR leadership and management roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices, local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
