Air Traffic Management System Upgrade Specialist

Job Description:
\As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing and sustaining our military air traffic management systems across Australia.
\You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites. Working within a dedicated ILS team, you will analyse supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless logistics integration between new and existing systems.
\Key tasks will include conducting reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies, as well as developing comprehensive logistics support documentation including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:

- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.\
- Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.\
- Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.\
- Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.\
- Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.\
