Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Traralgon store.

  • This is a part-time position at 31.5 hours/week.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs.

  1. SUCCESSION PLANNING: Developing and implementing strategies to ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  2. EXECUTION OF VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Overseeing in-store visual merchandising and making commercial decisions using own discretion.
  3. STOCK MANAGEMENT: Understanding stock management processes and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  4. CORE SKILLS:
  • Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members.
