The Source Bulk Foods Traralgon is Now Hiring - we are looking for an experienced Store Manager

This role is perfect for a manager who enjoys working the floor. Someone who is a dedicated leader with a passion for people and service, and who is committed to driving business success through team coaching and development by creating a customer focused service environment which supports our core values. This role involves:

Modelling exceptional customer service and selling techniques.

Managing and monitoring store profitability.

Providing training, coaching and performance management.

Developing a weekly work schedule based on sales forecast and traffic expectations.

Driving sales by having amazing personal sales results as well as ensuring the team sales meet the store key performances.

Ensuring store presentation is immaculate.

Effective inventory management and quality control.

Weekend availability

Able to lift bulk products, able to push/pull a stock trolley and assist with the moving of heavy products

To succeed with us, you will need:

~ Demonstrated success and management experience in motivating and leading a team as a retail Store Manager.

~ A commitment to inspiring people to succeed and thrive.

~ The ability to create a positive, energetic and safe work environment.

~ Proven ability to deliver results.

~ Proven experience in recognising, implementing and driving local and in-store marketing and PR strategies.

~ Excellent time management and organisational skills.
