Job Summary

A leading retail professional is sought to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth in our dynamic pharmacy environment.


About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee store operations, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor staff through onboarding and ongoing training
  • Oversee rostering, merchandising, and stock control
  • Support store recruitment and build team capability
  • Lead a positive, inclusive store culture
  • Drive store performance and customer loyalty initiatives

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail and team leadership
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Understanding of budgets, KPIs, and retail operations
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Pharmacy experience or S2/S3 certificate (highly regarded)
