Job Description

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care such as showering and dressing, supporting day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities, and working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care needs
  • Support residents with daily tasks

  • Maintain accurate documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
