Service Delivery Specialist

The Service Delivery Specialist plays a key role in supporting the delivery of IT services within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and service requests.
- Support continuous improvement across systems and environments.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to meet operational needs.
- Build strong relationships to enable effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage escalations and provide regular updates and performance reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Service Delivery and IT Service Management functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, CSI, and Quality Assurance practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently in a professional setting.
- Proven experience in delivering quality client service, maintaining productive internal and external relationships, and familiarity with ITIL V3 or V4 Certification and Service Management tools.
