As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing compliance with document procedures, creating and updating controlled documents, and managing the document lifecycle using MasterControl.

With excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, you will be able to track and log completed training, monitor and report training status to production team, maintain compliance with record control procedures, file and archive paper records, scan and upload validation records and QA documents, assist in incident/deviation management and data entry, and prepare trending data for quality review.
