Welcome Agent/Receptionist Job Opportunity
The Welcome Agent/Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our front desk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Manage various payment types, including cash, credit, and debit cards.
- Process check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Respond to guest inquiries, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
- Provide directions and information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Run daily reports, identify special requests, and ensure report accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
